OUTSOURCING MODEL COMMITTEE:

Project Coordinator will identify a committee to work on this task in January 2008.

• Identify types of outsourcing
• Identify factors for determining when outsourcing is appropriate
• Determine advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing
• Understand the effect of outsourcing
• Create a module for evaluating the current outsourcing process at each institution
• Establish standards and guidelines for future outsourcing
