Project Coordinator will identify a committee to work on this task
in January 2008.
- Identify centralized functions
- Identify decentralized tasks
- Conduct a workflow analysis
- Determine when forms and processes can be automated for efficiency
- Review workflow and work systems for ways to improve efficiency (decision making, resource allocation, time assignment, priority alignment, and fiscal accountability)
- To recommend best practices
in the human resources functions and administrative operations for
attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent among staff and
administrators.
